First time I tried Tipsy Nailbar, and by far, the best pedicure I’ve ever had anywhere. The place is beautiful and very clean. The staff are pleasant, polite and efficient. And the woman who did my Deluxe pedicure, I believe her name was Livey, was fantastic! Her foot massage alone would be enough to make me go back again and again! Without a moment’s hesitation I give them 5-stars!!!
